This is a blog with all the reviews I’ve written for a local newpaper in Cheshire, England. I try to be a positive – I play in a  band and know how hard it is –  but the idea is to let readers know whether they should hand over their hard-earned wages for any piece of music. There are only two kinds of music, good and bad, the latter usually  being generic drivel that’s only done for money.

If you’re the band: hope the review is ok. If not, sorry. The good reviews are meaningless without the bad.

We don’t make any money from this and get nothing from any links (we do have Amazon ones but we’ve earned 1p in ten years) – I try and link to the band’s own sites so they get the money wherever possible. Support performers by buying their music , and not via streaming.
